COURSE OVERVIEW
The objective of this two days course is to train participants on adult learning, designing, planning and delivering a successful training program. They will be trained to develop more trainers & resource persons within their organization after completing the course.
Focus is to develop the participants as training resource persons through not only theoretical learning but also practical exercises and role plays.
In this course we will focus to improve communication / presentation & leadership skills of the participants so that they can work as internal trainers within their organizations to develop more skilled staff members.
They will be trained to become better leaders & trainers rather just micro managers.
