KHURRAM SHAHZAD
Khurram is an engineer and MBA having 20 years of work experience in corporate industry in Pakistan & Europe. He has been serving as Country Manager – Pakistan at RKB Europe SA, Application Engineering Specialist at SKF, Asst. Project Manager at Tuwairqi Steel and Plant manager CCM at Mughal Steel. He has travelled to Asia, Middle East & Europe extensively for business & professional growth.

He has this distinction to conduct training sessions in almost all industrial organizations from Peshawar to Karachi. His exposure of training clients of all industrial segments make him a specialized trainer who has in depth knowledge of process and maintenance of all industrial segments and their machines. He has not only technical expertise but also he is good at delivery of the training content. He specialises in creating rapport with participants within few minutes and engage them. Participants not only learn complicated engineering solutiosn but also enjoy his session.

He also completed certified courses from abroad including; Application Engineering in Thailand, Application Engineering [Level II] in Singapore, Spherical Roller Bearing in Malaysia, Housing Maintenance Management in Germany, Laser Alignment in Sweden & Bearing Failure Analysis at RKB Europe SA HQ in Switzerland.

Working as senior faculty at Idea Trainings he has been teaching all the above mentioned training courses including; maintenance management, rolling bearing technology, lubrication management, bearing calculations, bearing failure analysis, bearing mounting and dismounting, vibration analysis, condition monitoring, laser alignment, and application engineering topics to the participants coming from, cement, steel, sugar, textile, fertilizers, refineries, soda ash, power/energy and food & beverages.

He speciality is to convert complex engineering topics into easy to understand version by using human psychology techniques and using local/basic examples in local language for the participants.

Ehtesham Ul Haq
Mr Ehtesham Ul Haq is working as director of business development and he is an integral part of the team. He pursuing his Mphil leading to PhD with majors in Marketing. He holds an MBA degree in marketing and HR management. He also holds a degree in M.Com from the University of Karachi. He has 25 years of experience in senior management positions in Pakistan and UAE. His last assignment was with KG International FZCO as Senior Manager Marketing & Business Development for the international markets. He also served KG as country manager Pakistan and Afghanistan.

He completed a diploma in professional accountancy from KIPT, a diploma in strategic business management from KIPT, a diploma in marketing and sales management from Pakistan Institute of Management Lahore. He is leading a team of business development and marketing and have a proven track record of delivering results beyond expectations. He also conducts training sessions on soft skills topics and social media marketing strategies.

He has worked with several renowned bearing companies including, SKF, NTN, Nachi, KBC, FAG & Timken.

KHADIJAH QADEER
Khadijah is working as lead trainer & manager training at Idea Trainings. She has done BS Honors & Mphil [IR] from Kinnaird College.

She has considerable experience as a trainer, predominantly in the soft skills area having worked for and with corporate sector including Bank Alfalah, Hospitality In & USaid programme- Talent Gooming & Career Counselling with HEC & delivered lectures in King Edward Medical University Lahore.

ANTHONY WILLIAMS – FPFA, ICAP AFFILIATE, LLB, M.A (IR)
Mr. Anthony is corporate financial legal advocate (Punjab Bar Council), Tax & Finance Consultant, Member Lahore Tax Bar Member, TiE Lahore, Professional Accounting Affiliate (ICAP), FPFA, LLB, MA (I.R), BAA (USA).

He is CEO of tax dosti the first legal startup of its nature in Pakistan. He has been visiting professor in renowned universities in Pakistan. He is author of the book “What is Reality!” Which is available on Amazon.

MUHAMMAD WASEEM
Waseem is professional trainer, motivational speaker & mentor who specialises in helping other people excel. Initially, he has completed BS in Engineering (PU) from Pakistan and then he went to Sweden to complete his MS degree in Pulp & Paper Engineering. He also completed certified courses from abroad including; TRAIN THE TRAINER from CREANDO – Sweden, Total Productive Maintenance by Japanese Consultant, Industrial safety and Hot work permit in Norway, Reduction in raw material cost in France.

During his academic journey, his passion to explore the world and see new places provided him a lot of opportunities to meet people in Norway, Sweden, Italy, Germany, Denmark and Saudia Arabia.

All these life experiences enabled him to share his life-learning during his training sessions to his audience – “Traveling – it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.” He is passionate about teaching others how to realise their unique potential and live the life they were meant to.

Earlier having experience of production, operational & project management, Waseem started speaking & training professionally in 2015. – First under an umbrella of Packages Group as Technical Training Manager then full as Chief Inspiration officer at Idea Trainings.

At conducting technical trainings on Pulp and Papermaking for Engineers, supervisory staff and workers he soon realised that he’d been blessed with an outstanding voice, an ability to speak in public, an ability to captivate an audience, an ability to lead people, an ability to see the positive in all situations, an ability to find solutions, and ability to motivate others and most important, an ability to laugh at himself. He applied these talents to full effect in his business career.

With more than 15 years of professional experience and 3000+ speeches and learning interventions under his belt, Waseem is eminently qualified to help other people to excel. MUHAMMAD IMRAN BUKHARI
Muhammad Imran is MBA finance with 11 years of professional work experience. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer & Certified Excel Expert having expertise to teach advance level Microsoft Excel with its business intelligence tools, Power BI and MS Office to help employees to increase their productivity.

At @IdeaTrainings he teaches advanced level courses related to Excel & MS Office in combination with his expert area of financial analysis.
