He is a strong advocate of improving Asset Reliability practices.
He has trained over 10,000 participants across Pakistan regarding field of Asset Management, Asset Reliability, Condition Monitoring, and Reliability Engineering which include system design, development plans & implementation. Munawer has been associated with numerous organizations, have done global projects with Maple Leaf Cement, OMV & British Petroleum.

He has been a part of and held senior management positions, in Pakistan and the Middle East, while being associated with SKF Pakistan, SKF KSA & GMES Qatar.
He was the speaker at “vibration conference” hosted by atomic energy, also attended the “Asset Management conference” in Singapore in 2010 as a prominent speaker, provided thermography training to team SKF Asia pacific region, he has made and presented tutorials regarding thermography on @ptitudexchange for SKF.
He got the “Business excellence award” also “Annual growth award” and “RCM project award”. “Global nomination for the Asia pacific region” and nomination for global business excellence award.
He is a humanitarian, in 2009, he developed a whole flood relief camp in dadu also has voluntarily worked in the earthquake camps and supply providing teams.
Munawer has acquired certification in thermography from Academy of infrared technology, got certified from American Society for Non-destructive Testing in vibration analysis from Singapore, and also got training in Asian leadership program from focus adventure (Singapore) .he is a certified management consultant from American project management.
He is currently working on IOT, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Data Sciences research, products & technological development for Remote Analysis and diagnostics of Assets.
MR. KHURRAM SHAHZAD
Khurram is an engineer and MBA having 20 years of work experience in corporate industry in Pakistan & Europe. He has been serving as Country Manager – Pakistan at RKB Europe SA, Application Engineering Specialist at SKF, Asst. Project Manager at Tuwairqi Steel and Plant manager CCM at Mughal Steel. He has travelled to Asia, Middle East & Europe extensively for business & professional growth.
He has this distinction to conduct training sessions in almost all industrial organizations from Peshawar to Karachi. His exposure of training clients of all industrial segments make him a specialized trainer who has in depth knowledge of process and maintenance of all industrial segments and their machines. He has not only technical expertise but also he is good at delivery of the training content. He specialises in creating rapport with participants within few minutes and engage them. Participants not only learn complicated engineering solutiosn but also enjoy his session.
He also completed certified courses from abroad including; Application Engineering in Thailand, Application Engineering [Level II] in Singapore, Spherical Roller Bearing in Malaysia, Housing Maintenance Management in Germany, Laser Alignment in Sweden & Bearing Failure Analysis at RKB Europe SA HQ in Switzerland.
Working as senior faculty at Idea Trainings he has been teaching all the above mentioned training courses including; maintenance management, rolling bearing technology, lubrication management, bearing calculations, bearing failure analysis, bearing mounting and dismounting, vibration analysis, condition monitoring, laser alignment, and application engineering topics to the participants coming from, cement, steel, sugar, textile, fertilizers, refineries, soda ash, power/energy and food & beverages.
He speciality is to convert complex engineering topics into easy to understand version by using human psychology techniques and using local/basic examples in local language for the participants.
