COURSE OVERVIEW
Just like the blood in the human body, lubricant is to the bearing to survive and thrive their performance in the machine. If bearing is like the heart of the machine then lubricant is the blood of the bearing. If we take care of the quality, quantity and frequency of the lubricant used in the bearings we can easily enhance the bearing life to the maximum level. We will share with the participants knowledge and tools to select the right lubricant in the right quality and at the right time.
Participants will learn the uses of lubricants and how to get maximum performance from the right lubricant in the right application. Starting from the selection of the lubricant to failure analysis of the lubricant; we will try to cover most of the important topics related to the lubrication management in rotating equipment. This topic is important for engineering professionals because more than 30% of bearings are failed due to improper lubrication.
